The Handsome Family

Brett and Rennie Spark have given each other an amazing gift to share on their 20th anniversary of togetherness. As lovers in arms, this eccentric folk duo known as The Handsome Family, have recently released their aptly titled album, Honey Moon. And they are more than happy to share their expressions of fondness for one another, as strange as a fashion as it may be, with audiences anywhere. A grand husband and wife duo far more serious than the Bonos ever were are headed to a stage near you.

These celebrating lovebirds kick off their July tour at Seattle’s Tractor Tavern on July 14th. With succeeding dates in British Columbia. As well as a stop in Portland at the Doug Fir Lounge on the 21st before venturing down to Cali to spread their fine compassion through old western-like stamina and a terrific collaboration of blues and goth country. This could very well be one of the most promising tours of the summer and is surely not one to be missed.
